Discovery and Review

We review your existing processes, workflows, tools, documentation, team structure, and operational objectives. This may include a structured discovery session conducted via phone or video conference.

Written Proposal

You receive a written proposal identifying the scope, deliverables, timeline, total price, deposit or milestone schedule, customer responsibilities, revision process, refund and cancellation terms, and any applicable recurring support terms.

Agreement and Payment

You review and accept the proposal and engagement agreement. Payment is requested only after your approval. Required deposits or initial payments are collected according to the approved payment schedule.

Service Delivery

Services are delivered remotely through agreed channels — including email, video conference, shared documents, and digital systems. No physical products are shipped. Work proceeds according to the approved scope and timeline.

Review and Acceptance

You review the completed deliverables and report any material difference from the approved scope within the review period stated in your agreement. We will address timely reported scope issues and correct work that materially differs from agreed deliverables.

Ongoing Support

Ongoing support is provided when included in the signed agreement. Recurring charges are separately authorized and disclosed before billing begins. If ongoing support is not included, a separate support engagement may be arranged.
